In the United States through PEF (eligible for USA tax deductions)
PEF is an organization that issues a recognized receipt for tax-deductible donations from American contributors.
You can transfer a minimum amount of $25 or any other amount through them. For the donation to go through PEF, and for the donor to receive a tax deduction confirmation, the following steps must be taken for contribution
Donate by Wire Transfer in the USA:
Please send PEF an email at [email protected]. All donors sending ACH or wire transfer MUST send PEF a notification email in order for the transfer to be processed.
(PEF does not provide any bank information to registered charities).

Donate by Check in the USA:
Please send PEF a check payable to “PEF Israel Endowment Funds, Inc.” and note in the memo portion of the check, or include in a separate note, your recommendation that PEF should make a contribution to “Masira Fund & Ctr for the Adv of People with Disabilities in Arab Society in Israel”. Please include the ID Number (58-0549681) for the charity as well.
Please do not include any other words (such as the name of the charity) on the payee line of your check or else PEF’s bank will not accept it and will have to return the check.
Please be sure to provide your name and mailing address so that PEF can acknowledge your contribution.
