Saliba Kardoush Chairman of the administrative body
Born in the city of Nazareth. Chairman of the Administrative Board of Masirah Fund and Foundation. Joint manager of the Kardosh factory for building bodies for trucks and trailers in Nazareth. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technion. He worked for a period of six years as a member of the management of the Industrialists Union - Haifa. He believes that monotheistic religions and all human laws urge and encourage us to support the weak and vulnerable classes socially, educationally and healthily. Society is made up of small groups that differ socially and economically. Therefore, it is required that we carefully consider these differences between these groups and work to bridge these gaps and extend them with strength so that these groups become stronger to be able to assimilate and engage in all social and economic fields.

Born in Kafr Qara, General Manager of Masirah Fund and Foundation. She holds a master's degree in political science, administration department, from the University of Haifa. She works as a retired employee of the Organization Committee - Wadi Ara. She served as a member of the municipal council in Kafr Qara for two terms. It believes that every human being has his value, contribution and competence, and this applies to both women and men, and believes in raising awareness of the issues of integrating women into society and equal opportunities so that society can invest all the efforts of its members in building community development.
Soaad Diab Member of the administrative body
Born in the city of Tamra. Member of the Administrative Board and one of the founders of Masirah Fund and Foundation. She previously worked as a project manager for the development of services for the integration of people with disabilities in the Arab community at the Joint Foundation. She holds a master's degree in philosophy and history of ideas from Tel Aviv University and a master's degree in social work from Haifa University. Specializing in organizational consulting, group management and the development of community initiatives. Graduated from the Mandel Institute for Educational Leadership. She held several positions in NGOs in various fields of work, for example: the field of human rights, the field of women's rights, and the field of equal economic and cultural opportunities for the Arab community in Israel. He has extensive experience in the field of civil work and initiatives to establish educational, women's and cultural frameworks that provide services to the Arab community. She published several articles in the Hebrew language in the field of people with disabilities and contributed to many local and international conferences. It believes that the progress of civilized society is measured according to its dealings with the vulnerable segments within it, the importance of preserving the rights of different individuals, and the importance of building Arab frameworks with an Arab cultural specificity that provides a place for all individuals.

Born in the village of Ailout. Member of the Administrative Board of Masirah Fund and Foundation. He works as the General Manager of Abu Ayash Company, which was established in 1985, one of the leading construction companies in the country. Member of the Federation of Arab Contractors, North Branch. Active in several frameworks and bodies, including: member of the administrative board of the businessmen's club, head of the management of the Akha'a Nazareth football team. Member of the Administrative Board of the NGT Technology Incubator. Previously, he held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Technology Incubator. Ghada Zoabi Member of the administrative body
Born in Haifa. One of the founders of the Fund and the Masirah Foundation, and a member of the administrative board. General Manager and Founder of Bakra News Website. From the village of Zalafa. Member of the Administrative Board of Masirah Fund and Foundation. He works as a manager of a Megiddo service company. Holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Emek Yezreel College. He is involved in local politics and previously held the position of assistant to the head of the Tal'at Ara local council and head of the parents' committee in the elementary school in the village of Zalafa. One of the founders of the Association for Sports Development and the integration of children into football groups. He has a vision and a dream to develop the Arab society through sound education, belonging to all classes of society, and developing the Arab society from an economic point of view.
Nabila Espanioly Member of the administrative body
Born in the city of Nazareth. Psychiatrist and Therapist. She studied social work at Haifa University and Al-Quds University. She studied therapeutic psychology in West Germany and returned to her homeland in 1987. She worked on developing early childhood programs until she and a group of women established the Childhood Center of the Nazareth Nursery Foundation in 1989 and she has been working since then as the director of the Childhood Center. She is a member of the administrative board of the Masirah Fund and Founder. During these years, I wrote and published several books related to early childhood, training, education and educational guidance, and participated in various Arabic publications on the subject, in addition to books for children, the latest of which are books for children with disabilities. She also published dozens of articles in Arabic, Hebrew, English and German related to the political and social reality of Palestinian women.

Siba Adwi Mentoring Project Coordinator
She holds the first and second titles in the history of the Middle East from the University of Haifa. She holds several training certificates in counseling and guidance for groups. She is the director of the Tafaha project to guide girls with disabilities since 2012 in Nazareth.
