Saliba Kardoush Chairman of the administrative body
Born in Nazareth, he is the Chairman of the Administrative Board of the Masira Fund and Foundation and co-manager of the Kardosh factory for truck and trailer bodies. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from the Technion and previously served on the management board of the Industrialists Union in Haifa for six years. He believes in the moral and religious duty to support vulnerable communities and emphasizes the importance of bridging social and economic gaps to strengthen and integrate all groups into society.
Zuhria Azab General manager of a fund and a member of the administrative board
Born in Kafr Qara, she is the General Manager of the Masira Fund and Foundation. She holds a master's degree in political science (administration) from the University of Haifa and is a retired employee of the Organization Committee – Wadi Ara. She served two terms as a member of the Kafr Qara municipal council. She believes in the value and potential of every individual — both women and men — and is committed to raising awareness about women's integration and equal opportunities as a foundation for sustainable community development.
Soaad Diab Member of the administrative body
Born in Tamra, she is a founding board member of the Masira Fund and Foundation. With master’s degrees in philosophy and social work, she specializes in organizational consulting and community development. She has led disability integration projects, held key roles in NGOs focused on human and women's rights, and published articles on disability. She believes that a society’s progress is measured by how it treats its vulnerable groups and values inclusive, culturally rooted frameworks.
Kayid Abu Ayyash Member of the administrative body
Born in the village of ‘Ilut, he is a member of the Administrative Board of the Masira Fund and Foundation and General Manager of Abu Ayash Company, a leading construction firm. He is active in various bodies, including the Arab Contractors Federation, the Businessmen’s Club, and Akha’a Nazareth Football Club. He also serves on the board of the NGT Technology Incubator and previously chaired it. A recipient of the Arab-Jewish coexistence award, he believes in giving back to build a values-based, interconnected society and strong civil institutions.
Ghada Zoabi Member of the administrative body
Born in Haifa, she is a founding member of the Masira Fund and Foundation and serves on its administrative board. She is the General Manager and Founder of Bakra News Website and holds a bachelor's degree in media and English literature. Active in various organizations, including the Jasmine Association and the Duke of Aviv Music Association, she also has experience in radio and television. She believes in the media’s vital role in shaping and transforming social concepts and in highlighting key issues within Arab society across multiple fields.
Maher Ighbaria Member of the administrative body
From the village of Zalafa, he is a member of the Administrative Board of the Masira Fund and Foundation and manages a service company in Megiddo. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Emek Yezreel College and is active in local politics. He previously served as assistant to the head of the Tal’at Ara local council and as head of the parents' committee in Zalafa. A founder of the Association for Sports Development, he envisions advancing Arab society through quality education, social inclusion, and economic growth.
Nabila Espanioly Member of the administrative body
Born in Nazareth, she is a psychiatrist and therapist, with studies in social work (Haifa and Al-Quds Universities) and therapeutic psychology in West Germany. Since returning in 1987, she has focused on early childhood development and co-founded the Childhood Center at the Nazareth Nursery Foundation in 1989, where she still serves as director. A founding member of the Masira Fund and Foundation, she has authored numerous books on early childhood, education, and children's literature — including works for children with disabilities — and published articles in Arabic, Hebrew, English, and German addressing the political and social realities of Palestinian women.
Zidan Ka’byah Member of the administrative body
Born in the village of Kaabiya, he has held several key positions, including Director of the Income Guarantee Department at the National Insurance Institute in Nazareth. He was the first elected head of the Kaabiya-Tabash-Hajajra local council and led the Forum of Bedouin Local Authorities in the North. He also served as an advisor to Minister Isaac Herzog in the Ministries of Housing, Tourism, and Social Welfare. A member of various conciliation committees, he played a significant role in shaping government plans for advancing the Bedouin community in the North, most notably Plan No. 1480 for economic and social development.
Merian Abi Nader Member of the administrative body
Born in Haifa, she holds a B.A. in English and Education from Oranim College and previously worked as an English teacher at Ort School in Haifa. She held the national franchise for Benetton International Group for several years before pursuing law, earning her license to practice Israeli law. Today, she works as an independent lawyer and partner at Abi Nader – Bseiso ABN Law Office, and lectures in legal seminars across Arab communities. She served on the board of Hagefen for coexistence and is currently an active board member of the Mossawa Center. A founding member of the Stella Maris Rotary Club, she led the club’s management for several years and received the Paul Harris Award for 2019–2020.
Mahmoud Nakhash Member of the administrative body
Born in Kafr Qara, he received a B.A. in Graphic Design from the Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art in Ramat Gan. Owner and Director of M.N. Printing Company, the company was founded in 1996.
Mirna Awwad Jahshan Member of the General Assembly
Born in Nazareth, she is a founding member of the Masira Fund and Foundation and works as an auditor. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Haifa. She has held several high-level administrative roles, including board memberships in major institutions such as the Airports Authority, the Ports Authority, and the Bank of Israel Governor's Committee. She also serves on the boards of organizations focused on economic and commercial development and is a member of the Custody of Absentee Funds Committee at the Ministry of Justice.
Julia Zaher Member of the General Assembly
Born in Nazareth, she is a founding member of the Masira Fund and Foundation and serves on its administrative board. A graduate of the University of Haifa in education, she previously managed a rice factory and is the founder and owner of a tahini and halawa production business. Active in various organizations, she believes in building an interdependent society through a culture of giving and economic development within Arab society. She advocates for the integration of people with disabilities into the labor market and the vital role of women in advancing institutions and the economy.
Amal Saliba Karram Member of the General Assembly
Born in Shfaram, she is a board member of the Masira Fund and Foundation, Chair of the Board of Al-Shams Radio, and Director of a foundation for people with mental disabilities. She holds a master’s degree in education from the Hebrew University, a bachelor’s in sociology from the University of Haifa, as well as teaching and institutional management certifications. She has taught at various colleges, including Pearl House and David Yellin. She believes that women’s liberation begins with economic empowerment, which leads to a productive and compassionate society, and advocates for securing the full rights of all individuals — including ensuring an accessible society for people with disabilities.
Kiyan Bilal Member of the General Assembly
Kayan Bilal is a partner at M. Firon & Co. , focuses on commercial transactions and expanding the company's services to the Arab sector in Israel and abroad. Prior to joining the company, Kian completed his internship at the Nazareth High Court under the supervision of Judge Dr. Nava Danone specializes in corporate law, bankruptcy, liquidation and tenders. Kayan works mainly in multicultural and multilingual cases, specializing in international trade, international transactions, corporate law, commercial litigation, and startups. In addition to his close participation in high-profile international commercial lawsuits in New York. Kian heads the company's branch in Nazareth, as part of the company's continued success in meeting the needs of clients located in northern Israel with an emphasis on clients from the Arab sector. From Haifa, holds a PhD in computer science from the Technion Institute in 2002, works in the field of academic education and academic and industrial research in computer science
Amir Abu Saryeh Member of the General Assembly
Born in Kafr Qara, he is a member of the General Assembly of the Masira Fund and Foundation. He holds a B.A. in General Economics from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Business Administration from Netanya University. Since 2002, he has been the owner and director of Eden Canned Food Factory, originally founded in the 1970s by Saeed Abu Sariya. A social and economic activist, he is a member of the Businessmen Forum and the Federation of Employers and Industries. He believes in social solidarity and giving as a means to uplift the entire community.
Nawaf Al Alem Member of the General Assembly
A businessman from Kafr Manda, he holds a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in business administration. He works as a licensed tax advisor and certified insurance agent and is the founder and director of Al-Alam Group for Accounting and Insurance. Nawaf is married and a father of five.
Nidal Abu Naser Member of the General Assembly
Born in Kafr Qara, he earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from the Technion. He currently works at Check Point and is actively involved in community service as a volunteer in the Kafr Qara Municipality. He is also known for his impactful role in the local youth movement, working to support and empower young people in his hometown.

She holds a master’s degree in International Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Birzeit University. With over 10 years of experience in project management and development within non-profit organizations, she currently serves as the Administrative and Financial Coordinator of the Masira Fund and is responsible for resource development for the foundation.
Hanaa Sliman Abo Ras Masira Projects Manager
She holds a bachelor's degree in education and social sciences, along with certifications in special education, marketing, and business management. She currently works as a project manager at the Masira Fund.
Siba Adwi Mentoring Project Coordinator
She holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in Middle Eastern History from the University of Haifa, along with certifications in counseling and group facilitation. Since 2012, she has led the "Itaha" project, guiding girls with disabilities, and currently coordinates the student support program for persons with disabilities in universities, aiming to assist them in their academic and professional journeys.
